Our cultured butter is made Old World-style by fermenting pasteurized local cream with live bacteria cultures and then churned and washed by hand. The butter is rich, savory, and little sour. Ingredients: pasteurized cream, live active cultures. Contains: milk.

Delicious butter and gravlax

Excellent quality and taste. The butter is tangy with a taste that's different from the standard sweet butter at the supermarket. The gravlax is simply fantastic. I'll be a repeat customer.
