Our cultured butter is made Old World-style by fermenting pasteurized local cream with live bacteria cultures and then churned and washed by hand. The butter is rich, savory, and little sour. Ingredients: pasteurized cream, live active cultures. Contains: milk.
There's definitely a funkiness to the butter that is super delicious. I cooked mushrooms and squash in it and that sour funky taste really made the dish. Keeps that funky quality when browned. Glad I saw this stand at a brewery and gave K-Brod a try. The Glav Lax was dope too
