Lingonberry Jam

April 17, 2020

Lingonberry jam and cripsbread.

Lingonberry jam is consumed widely in Scandinavia as well as Central and Eastern Europe. Lingonberries grow throughout the Northern Hemisphere. We get foraged lingonberries from Washington state. Lingonberry jam does not require preservatives because it contains benzoic acid, which preserves the jam, and pectin, which gels it. We prepare our lingonberry jam with Reyka Icelandic vodka and 100% raw cane sugar. Ingredients: Wild lingonberries, vodka, 100% raw cane sugar.
