Gravlax in Swedish literally translates to “grave salmon.” Swedish peoples once cured salmon by digging a hole in the ground and burying the salmon with salt for days or weeks. We make our gravlax with fresh salmon and cure it in salt, sugar, beets, anise, and dill. Ingredients: Salmon, kosher salt, 100% raw cane sugar, beets, anise, dill, vodka, juniper berries.
